  • Payment Terms: Full payment is typically required at the time of booking unless a prior arrangement has been made in writing. Payment can be made by debit/credit card or bank transfer.
  • Refunds: Refunds are only available under exceptional circumstances and are issued at our sole discretion. You must provide a valid reason and adequate documentation, where applicable. Administrative fees and deductions for used lessons will apply.
  • Price Revisions: We reserve the right to adjust our pricing structure without prior notice. However, confirmed bookings with cleared payments will remain unaffected by such changes.

  • Notice Requirements: All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled lesson. Failure to do so will result in the full lesson fee being charged.
  • Emergency Considerations: In the case of emergencies such as severe weather, medical issues, or instructor illness, we will do our utmost to reschedule the lesson without financial penalty to the student.
  • Repeated Cancellations: Learners who frequently cancel or reschedule lessons may be refused future bookings at our discretion.

5. Student Responsibilities

As a learner, you are expected to:

  • Hold a valid UK provisional or full driving licence and present it during your first lesson.
  • Arrive on time and be ready to begin your lesson promptly.
  • Inform your instructor in advance of any medical condition, disability, or medication that might affect your ability to drive.

  • Will assess your progress honestly and provide feedback to help you improve.
  • Reserve the right to withhold the training vehicle if the learner is deemed unfit or unprepared to drive safely.

7. Driving Tests

  • Test Readiness: Your instructor will advise you when you are ready to take the practical driving test. Booking a test without this advice is discouraged.
  • Use of Vehicle: If approved, you may use the instructor’s vehicle for your test. This is contingent on the instructor’s professional assessment of your readiness and the vehicle’s availability.
  • Test Outcomes: We do not guarantee a pass result. Our responsibility is to prepare you to the best of our ability, but test outcomes depend on your individual performance.

8. Insurance and Liability

  • Insurance Coverage: All lesson vehicles are fully insured for instruction and test purposes.
  • Personal Liability: Learners are responsible for any legal penalties incurred as a result of their driving actions. We are not liable for loss, damage, or injury that occurs outside the bounds of formal instruction.
